Programs & Fees

 

Genesis Community Daycare Centre serves children from birth to 12 years.  The current program fees are as follows as of September 1, 2010:

 

1)  Infant              $ 1 240 per month

2)  Toddler            $ 990 per month

3)  Preschool         $ 865 per month

4)  Kindergarten:

         Full time       $ 830 per month

         Alt. 5 day     $ 720 per month    (Children attend Mon - Fri while attending outside school)

         Alt. 3:2 day  $ 510 per month    (Children attend ONLY on the days they do not attend outside school)

                                                                     (Additional days outside of the regular scheudle are $40 per day)

         Before & After School          $ 485 per month       (PA days included)

         After School Only     $ 385 per month       (PA days included)

5)  School Age       $ 420 per month   (PA days included)

6)  PA Days           $ 35 per day  (9:00 - 4:00)    (Walk-in clients)

 

All programs are on a full-day basis with the exception of our Nursery Program which is 9 am to noon.  For for more information about this program or the current rates, please contact the centre.  

While in attendance all children receive three (3) snacks and a healthy, nutritious lunch.  A lunch bag policy is in effect for our School Age group however they do receive an delicious afternoon snack.

Alternate 3:2 Day - This kindergarten program does not include any PA Days, Christmas holidays or March break.  If space allows you may ask to be placed on the waiting list for those days and they will be granted on a first come, first served basis at an additional cost.

Bus Cancellations -  During inclement weather days when school buses are cancelled we gladly accept children for our full-day program.  Fees for this service are listed above.  Walk-in clients must register prior to leaving their child in our care.

Emergency Care -  We are able to serve families in emergency situations provided we can accomodate the child(ren) in the age appropriate program.  A daily rate will be applied for that service but please call ahead so ensure that your families needs can be met.
